Contra Costa County, Bay Area, CA this past March 2007 installed a video conferencing bridge. Sixty-six (67) high-tech companies competed for the award of Contra Costa County's purchase and installation of a Polycom MGC50 bridge video conference bridge and 4 end-points.

Video Communications, Inc. won the highly competitive bid by recommending the best hardware bridge configuration solution at the lowest price, beating out the competition.

To better protect the MGC50 video bridge a Polycom V2IU-E10 Firewall traversal unit with capacity of 30 concurrent calls @ 384, was added to the solution.
