From our conversation we develop a basic understanding of what you want to accomplish, as well as your expectations. For complete system quotes or to produce a scope of the work VCIVIDEO charges an initial retainer and hourly rate for work (also see consulting/needs analysis). For quotes up to 5 specific items and/or services there is no charge to produce a price quotation for you.

VCIVIDEO does not stock equipment at our downtown San Francisco location. Purchases are shipped directly to the customer from major video conference distributors and repair centers that stock the name brand equipment.
