Do you have an older, out of warranty, Polycom, Lifesize, Tandberg, or Sony video conference system that won’t start up, or it will not synchronize, or there are other problems? The unit can be repaired.

You can increase the useful life cycle of your older video conference system by having it repaired and/or refurbished to extend the warranty life. All repairs carry a six month to one year warranty depending on the repair.

There is no charge if your system cannot be repaired. You only pay the shipping cost to ship the unit to us and back to you.

We need your video conference system in our hands before we can determine if the unit is repairable or not.

Once we receive your unit, we can diagnose all problems and give you a clear quote on what needs to be remedied and what that will cost you. If you decide to have the unit repaired credit card information or prepayment by check is required.

The average time it takes to repair equipment is 10 business days or 2 weeks. We are more than happy to expedite your repair process for an additional charge. Just let us know that you need the order expedited.
